Assistive Technology for the ASD

Technology is leading the improvement of daily living skills, such as the independence and employment of people with disabilities (Ramdoss et al. 2012; Schneider 1999; Yeager et al. 2006). During the past few decades, a variety of technologies, such as tactile prompting, picture guiding, audio cuing, video modeling, computer-aided instruction, virtual reality, and robotics, have been developed and implemented among individuals with ASD for different training purposes
